Recently, a delegation of customers from the United Arab Emirates came to China to conduct on-site inspections at the Heavsty Haiwei Maixin production base.  The delegation successively visited the parts processing workshop, the complete machine assembly production line, and the finished product display area to comprehensively understand the entire process of the company's road construction equipment research and development, assembly, and quality inspection. At the finished product exhibition area, the inspection team stopped and focused on observing the 660 passenger driven hot melt marking machine. They closely examined the core configurations of the equipment, such as the hydraulic system, material bucket structure, walking drive, and marking spraying components. They carefully inquired about key issues such as equipment endurance, marking uniformity, long-term continuous construction stability, and daily maintenance points. Combined with the working conditions of marking projects in urban roads, parking lots, and industrial parks in the United Arab Emirates, they discussed model adaptation solutions with technical personnel item by item.

 During the visit, the delegation went to the testing site to watch the complete machine test demonstration of the 3A multifunctional ride on marking machine on site. The equipment smoothly completes the construction of various marking lines such as solid lines, dashed lines, and directional arrows. The smooth operation performance, flexible turning performance, and efficient construction efficiency have received unanimous attention from customers. The inspection team raised many practical questions regarding the expansion of functions, compatibility of hot and cold spray, and continuous operation performance in high-temperature environments for multifunctional models. The technical team provided professional answers one by one based on the characteristics of the hot climate in the Middle East.

After the on-site visit to the factory, both parties organized a special exchange and discussion meeting. At the meeting, the Heavsty team provided a graded equipment selection reference plan based on the needs of the UAE infrastructure market. For small parking lot projects and large municipal road projects, they compared the procurement costs, construction efficiency, and later operation and maintenance expenses of different models.
