Korean client visits Heavsty for inspection and discussion on potential cooperation in the field of marking machines

Recently, a group of Korean clients made a special trip to Heavsty for a half day on-site inspection. This visit focused on the production situation of the marking machine. The leaders of Heavsty company personally received and accompanied the whole process. Through close observation and in-depth communication, the two sides built a preliminary bridge for cooperation and communication.

Under the guidance of company leadership, the customer team directly enters the core production workshop. In the workshop, multiple marking machines are in the stage of component assembly and performance debugging. Operators are operating according to standardized procedures, and various production equipment are running in an orderly manner. The company leaders introduced the core structure and key production processes of the marking machine to the customer based on the on-site production scenario, as well as the product design ideas optimized for different working conditions, with a focus on explaining the technical advantages of the equipment in marking accuracy and endurance.

The customer team walked and looked around, occasionally stopping to inquire. They showed a strong interest in the CNC machining equipment, component testing, and finished product assembly details in the workshop, and gained a detailed understanding of the quality control process from raw material entry to finished product delivery. In the production area of the fully automatic road marking machine, the customer observed the short-range trial operation of the equipment on site and raised specific inquiries about the stability and ease of operation of the equipment. The accompanying personnel responded in detail one by one.

After the visit, both parties had a brief discussion in the reception area. The company leadership introduced Heavsty's development history, product system, and market application cases in the field of marking machines to the customer, while the customer shared the demand characteristics and procurement standards of marking machines in the Korean market. In response to customer concerns about product compatibility, delivery time, and other issues, both parties engaged in practical communication.

The customer stated that this on-site inspection intuitively felt Heavsty's production strength and product quality, providing important basis for subsequent cooperation evaluation. The company leaders also expressed their expectation to use this inspection as an opportunity to further connect needs and explore cooperation models that fit both parties.

As of the customer's departure from the factory, both parties have exchanged views on the preliminary direction of cooperation, laying a good foundation for further in-depth docking.
