Based on the technical concerns raised by the customers beforehand, we customized a tour route covering the entire production process: In the workshop, the customers stopped at the assembly stations, carefully observing the precision testing of components and the overall machine debugging process, and frequently communicating with on-site engineers about process standards and quality inspection procedures; moving to the product showroom, various road marking equipment was neatly displayed according to application scenarios. The customers, considering Albania's mountainous terrain and urban road characteristics, discussed equipment adaptation solutions under different working conditions with the technical team. Throughout the process, the communication was focused and natural, encompassing both professional discussions and relaxed interactions.

The discussions focused on the 660 multi-functional ride-on road marking machine and the 618 ride-on road marking machine. The customers were particularly interested in the modular design of the 660 model, inquiring in detail about the switching efficiency of different line types, the maintenance cycle of the spray gun system, and discussing equipment durability in light of local climate conditions; in front of the 618 model, the customers personally experienced the feedback force of the operating handle and the visibility design, repeatedly confirming the turning flexibility and continuous operation stability. The technical team demonstrated key functions on-site and provided detailed data explanations and case studies for practical issues raised by the customers, such as "adaptability to mountainous slope operations" and "localization of spare parts." The customers carefully recorded the key points and frankly stated, "These details are crucial for our assessment of equipment practicality."

The two-day meeting revolved around practical discussions on implementing the cooperation: from suggestions for fine-tuning equipment configurations to the preliminary framework of operator training plans; from commitments to after-sales response time to ideas for establishing spare parts supply channels. Both sides exchanged opinions frankly. The customers shared the core demands of the local market regarding equipment reliability and timely service, and we, drawing on our experience in international projects, proposed a phased cooperation plan. There were no empty promises, only pages of meeting minutes filled with annotations and repeated nods of agreement.
