Clearly define the type of road (expressway/municipal/industrial park), the type of marking (hot melt/cold spray), and the construction efficiency requirements, and provide the budget and construction period.

Scheme Design
Output the equipment design drawings, determine the core parameters (marking width, heating temperature, traveling speed) and functional configuration (such as dual gun heads, automatic guidance).

Material selection
Select the materials for key components such as wear-resistant chassis, corrosion-resistant paint tanks, high-precision nozzles, and stable power systems (electric/fuel).

Production and manufacturing
Process and assemble according to the drawings, with a focus on adjusting the coating heating system, spraying pressure, and the stability of the traveling mechanism to ensure uniform and errble-free marking.

Strict testing
Conduct road simulation construction to check the marking accuracy, thickness consistency, and the reliability of continuous equipment operation, and retain the test data.
